Loan Sale Advisory
Park Bridge's principals managed the sale or disposition of over $9 billion of CRE debt from 2007 through today. Our transaction expertise and complementary business lines allow us to execute for our clients at the best possible prices.
Brokerage Services
Park Bridge has extensive experience in structuring debt placement transactions. We have strong relationships with a broad array of lenders. We place fixed and floating rate loans, construction loans, permanent loans and bridge/acquisition loans.
Distressed Debt Advisory
Park Bridge is expert at securitized loan workouts. Our access to high-level relationships at every major CMBS servicer provides our clients real-time insight into current practices, lender requirements and "closeable" loan structures designed for long-term success.
Lender Services
Park Bridge provides a full range of services to portfolio lenders, capital markets lenders and CMBS buy-side firms. We review and value loan portfolios, perform contract loan underwriting as well as B-Piece loan due diligence. Park Bridge is also an Operating Advisor for CMBS trusts, provides Fair Value opinions for loan sales and Rule 193 due diligence for CMBS issuers.
Asset Management
Park Bridge provides comprehensive asset management services for CRE loans and REO. These services range from servicer oversight to direct restructuring negotiations and managing litigation with borrowers, senior lenders and junior lenders.

Park Bridge acted as Operating Advisor in the successful restructuring of a large loan secured by a 1300 Unit Apartment Complex. The loan included a securitized A-Note, Rake bonds, B-Notes and Mezzanine debt.
