As part of each capital raise, Park Bridge analyzes the property’s past and/or potential operating performance, recommends a capital structure that best fits your objectives, and tailors a presentation package that is user-friendly to the best financing sources. We create and host a data room for the marketing process, identify potential capital providers with investment goals that match our clients' desired capital structure, promote the transaction to prospective lenders and /or investors and secure competitive bids. We then compare the various bids and recommend an appropriate lender and/or investor. Once a capital provider has been selected, Park Bridge helps our clients to negotiate the applicable transaction documents, manage the due diligence process and close the transaction.
