Eli Hattem is a Principal and one of the founding managing members of Park Bridge Financial LLC. Eli Hattem began his commercial real estate finance career in 1989. Over the last 20 years he has developed expertise in starting and running real estate lending platforms, including the direct oversight of loan production, underwriting, closing, staffing, training, credit decisions and workouts. Additionally, Mr. Hattem has designed and implemented sophisticated information technology platforms to support such operations. His experience includes the distribution of real estate debt via securitization and other direct sales efforts.

From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Hattem held various commercial real estate finance positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, CIBC World Markets, Kenneth Leventhal & Company and Chase Manhattan Bank. Prior to the formation of Park Bridge, Mr. Hattem served for nine years as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Underwriter at Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending, where he oversaw underwriting and closing for the small loan conduit group (loans up to $100mm) and held a voting position on credit committee. Mr. Hattem also worked on Merrill’s syndicate desk structuring and selling B-notes, mezzanine interests and whole-loan positions. Prior to joining Merrill, Mr. Hattem held a similar post at CIBC. During his career, Mr. Hattem oversaw the production of over 2,100 loans totaling approximately $25 billion.

Mr. Hattem holds a B.S. from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and an M.B.A. from New York University. He currently holds the Series 24, 7, and 63 securities licenses and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.

John Regan is a Principal and one of the founding managing members of Park Bridge Financial LLC. Mr. Regan began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, completing the corporate finance training program and has worked for 24 years in the real estate finance sector. During his career he has held positions and gained significant experience in debt capital markets, loan origination, construction lending and distressed debt restructuring. Mr. Regan was a Managing Director in JP Morgan's Securities, Syndication and Leverage Finance businesses. At JPM, he oversaw the origination and structuring of loan and high yield debt for the company's corporate real estate clients, including REITs, homebuilders and opportunity funds.

Prior to forming Park Bridge, Mr. Regan was a Managing Director within Merrill Lynch's Global Commercial Real Estate group where he was head of CMBS new issue syndicate and head of B-Note and Mezzanine syndication and distribution.

Mr. Regan holds a B.S. in Finance from Providence College. He currently holds Series 24, 79, 7 and 63 securities licenses.

David M. Rodgers

David Rodgers is a Principal and one of the founding managing members of Park Bridge Financial LLC. Mr. Rodgers is a 26-year veteran of the private and public commercial real estate finance markets. He led securitization groups first at Prudential Securities and later at Merrill Lynch & Co., converting over $70 billion of commercial mortgages to CMBS. While at Merrill Lynch he was also responsible for loan credit approvals, sales of servicing rights, and subordinate bond placement in the U.S. and Canada, and provided CRE debt advisory and M&A valuation services to commercial bank clients. While at Prudential Securities, Mr. Rodgers advised four commercial mortgage loan conduits in various aspects of loan originations, securitizations and rating agency relations and was responsible for credit review and approval of over 600 conduit loans funded under PSI's warehouse lines.

Prior to joining Prudential Securities, Mr. Rodgers was a co-portfolio manager of two CMBS investment funds at Jones Lang Wootton Realty Advisors (later, ING Clarion). Mr. Rodgers authored the firm’s special servicing policies and procedures and led their successful effort to become a rated CMBS special servicer. Mr. Rodgers also has eight years commercial mortgage lending & workout experience at Prudential Insurance. He originated new loans and later managed workouts, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and was an asset manager for a 1.1 million square foot commercial property portfolio.

Mr. Rodgers holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson School. He currently holds Series 24, 79, 7, and 63 securities licenses.

Robert Spinna

Bob Spinna is a Principal and one of the founders of Park Bridge Financial. Mr. Spinna is a 22-year commercial real estate finance professional. At Park Bridge, Mr. Spinna specializes in debt and equity placement, loan sale advisory and other brokerage services. Mr. Spinna is an experienced intermediary in providing debt and equity capital solutions, as well as high quality investment sale services. His expertise includes arranging syndicated equity for individual real estate transactions and entity level equity capital for institutional sponsors.

Prior to forming Park Bridge, Mr. Spinna was the Chief Operating Officer of the Merrill Lynch Global Commercial Real Estate Debt Originations Group where he was responsible for overseeing the structuring, negotiation, closing and distribution of 105 large and complex real estate financings in the aggregate amount of over $29 billion. Mr. Spinna was a commercial real estate banker and lawyer at New York Life Investment Management and Nomura Securities prior to joining Merrill Lynch. Before joining Nomura in 1996, Mr. Spinna was a real estate finance attorney with the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. In the early 1990s, Mr. Spinna's practice focused on the representation of the Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver or Conservator for numerous failed savings and loan institutions as well as institutional clients purchasing performing and non-performing commercial mortgage loans and REO from the FDIC.

Mr. Spinna holds a B.S. (summa cum laude) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Manhattan College and holds a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, where he served as Senior Notes Editor of The Columbia Business Law Review.

Mr. Spinna is a member of the New York State bar, a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York, and holds Series 24, 7, and 63 securities licenses.

Katie Chau is a Managing Director and one of the founding members of Park Bridge Financial LLC. Ms. Chau began her career in real estate finance as an analyst focusing on loan underwriting and property due diligence in 2002. Since then, Ms. Chau has been actively involved in originating, structuring, underwriting, closing, securitizing and syndicating more than $5 billion in commercial real estate financings. Additionally, Ms. Chau also spent two years in investment banking where she provided strategic advisory services on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as debt and equity issuance for various types of financial institutions. Prior to joining Park Bridge, Ms. Chau was a Vice President in the Merrill Lynch Global Commercial Real Estate group’s large loan department where she was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, closing and disposition of numerous commercial real estate loans.

Ms. Chau holds a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College. She currently holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Sean Lucy is a Director and one of the founding members of Park Bridge Financial LLC. Mr. Lucy began his commercial real estate career in 2003, concentrating in property acquisitions and management. Mr. Lucy joined Merrill Lynch’s Global Commercial Real Estate group as an Associate in 2005, where he was a member of both the large loan and conduit departments. While at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Lucy was responsible for underwriting, due diligence, closing and disposition of commercial real estate loans. Since 2005, he has been involved in the over $4 billion in commercial real estate debt transactions. Mr. Lucy joined Park Bridge as a Vice President in 2009.

Mr. Lucy received a BA from Stanford University, an MS from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Benjamin Wang began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank's commercial real estate finance group focusing on conduit loan originations and property due diligence. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Wang worked in Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending's large loan group, where he was actively involved in originating, structuring, underwriting, closing and the securitization of more than $10 billion in commercial real estate financings. Prior to joining Park Bridge, Mr. Wang was a Vice President at American Capital Strategies, a publicly-traded private equity firm and a major investor in the subordinated tranches of CMBS debt. At ACS he completed over $400 million in debt origination, acquisition and equity co-investment transactions.

Mr. Wang holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University and successfully completed Chase Manhattan Bank's Credit Training Program.
