Senior FIG Banker
Park Bridge Financial is seeking a veteran FIG banker with extensive senior-level contacts among smaller and mid-sized regional and community banks. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years direct experience, a Series 79 securities license or equivalent and must be able to (i) generate new business opportunities among banks with significant exposure to commercial real estate debt, (ii) directly manage M&A, private placements and other advisory assignments, and (iii) project a professional image consistent with that of a seasoned investment banker. Park Bridge would also consider bringing on an existing team. This is a full-time position. Compensation will be highly competitive and performance-based.
Business Development
Park Bridge is seeking several industry veterans with extensive contacts in the world of commercial real estate finance. The successful candidate will generate business leads for all existing lines of Park Bridge business, including asset sales, debt restructurings, contract underwriting for lenders and bond buyers, loan valuations and lender consulting and advisory assignments. Candidate will be responsible for introducing Park Bridge to clients and assisting in signing up new business – no transaction management will be expected or required. Position can be full-time or part-time. Compensation likely to be formulaic and based on production.
Administrative Assistant
Park Bridge seeks a versatile candidate that can function as a receptionist, administrative assistant and office manager with no less than 10 years experience in a professional corporate environment. The successful candidate will handle typical day-to-day functions such as coordinating meetings, travel, and managing the needs of the office. Candidate will also work with management on new marketing initiatives, light bookkeeping and corporate compliance.
Internship Opportunities
Park Bridge is seeking graduate students pursuing internships in commercial real estate. Interns will have the opportunity to work with our highly experienced team and proprietary financial models on a variety of assignments including asset sales, loan modifications, entity recapitalization, asset management and valuations of performing and non-performing loans and CMBS. Each internship will last four to six months, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent full-time position.
